I’m a software architect by trade — the kind that still writes code, not just draws boxes on a whiteboard. Outside of work I’m a builder and an experimenter by nature: software, hardware, whatever’s on the bench. If it can be taken apart or put together, I’m probably doing one of those right now.

Lately I’m deep in the AI era, and I mean genuinely obsessed. Being able to sit down and actually talk to a machine — real language, real back-and-forth, something that feels like understanding on the other end — still doesn’t feel normal to me. A few years ago it was science fiction. Now it’s a Tuesday.

This blog is where I’ll log that ride: the wins, the losses, the “wait, it actually did that?” moments, and the occasional late-night argument with a model that refuses to see reason. Building things, breaking things, figuring out what any of this is actually good for.

Maybe I’ll find Morpheus one day. Until then, this is the red pill diary.
